Welcome to PUMA, the digital platform for procurement contracts with amended procedures and subsequent contracts resulting from CNRS laboratories’ framework agreements. It makes it possible for CNRS laboratories to make their procurement contracting needs known to fulfil their research work, in compliance with public procurement laws and regulations. PUMA also enables companies to retrieve tenders and submit bids online.

- Search for and retrieve tender news, notices and contract award announcements
- Save your searches and manage your email alerts based on NACRES codes (Nomenclature Achat de la Recherche et de l'Enseignement Supérieur, a common procurement vocabulary for research and higher education) with which the tenders are indexed.
- Download the Business Bidding Dossiers (DCEs)
- Ask questions and respond to published consultations electronically
- Exchange e-mails with the procurer throughout the bidding procedure
